Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Naradevane (the “Service”), including any paid subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (such as KMZ Processor, Spatial Editor, BOQ Auditor, Small Alley Linknet, and AutoCAD LISP routines), is owned by Muhammad Ikhsanudin and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights to the source code.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competitive product or SaaS.
• Scrape, data-mine, or employ automated systems to extract data from the Service without explicit written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service to third parties.
• Share accounts or allow concurrent sessions beyond your licensed seats.

4. User Data & Processing

Files you upload remain your property. The Service processes your data on our servers solely to deliver the requested results. We do not store, share, or use your uploaded data for any purpose beyond the requested processing. However, you acknowledge that server-side processing is inherent to the Service and consent to such processing.

5. Payment & Subscription

• All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless terminated.
• Failure to complete payment will result in immediate suspension of access.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Naradevane and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service downtime, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
